Meet Dr Del Campo, Keswick Housemistress
With over 20 years of experience working in boarding across multiple schools and roles, Dr del Campo understands the extraordinary impact a strong Sixth Form boarding community can have on a young person’s development. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of guiding and supporting students through one of the most exciting and transformative stages of their lives. In every role, Dr del Campo’s passion remains constant: to create a nurturing, inclusive, and empowering environment where students feel genuinely at home and can grow with confidence both in and outside the classroom.
“The most fulfilling part of being a Housemistress is witnessing the incredible journey of growth, especially in their final years of school, that each boarder undertakes. Watching students evolve into thoughtful, capable, and confident young adults, and knowing you’ve been part of that transformation through both the highs and the challenges is a true honour. Helping them reach the point where they’re ready to take on the world is what makes this role so rewarding.”
