Taking on leadership roles is accessible to everyone, and I am grateful for the chance to captain of the Hockey 1st team!

I love how Roedean has enabled me to follow my own path and develop as an individual whilst still being a part of a wonderful, safe and supportive community. Being in an all-girls school has been immensely empowering for me as it creates an environment in which I am comfortable to challenge myself. Sport has been a big part of my school experience, and the constant support I have received has allowed to balance external sports with school commitments. This has enabled me to play sport at a high level as a member of the Surrey Storm academy and the hockey Talent Academy. Taking on leadership roles is accessible to everyone, and I am grateful for the chance to captain of the Hockey 1st team and lead the mighty U13F netball team, who I am very pleased to say were undefeated all season! What I love most is the extraordinary and unique opportunities offered. My favourites have been visiting our sister school in South Africa and teaching English to Ukrainian refugees in Moldova. Both were extremely special and rewarding trips and I am very excited to keep being a part of these ongoing relationships. After A levels, I am hoping to study Economics and Sustainable Development at University.
