I’m Head of Cricket at Roedean and am responsible for everything cricket-related at school; from putting together training sessions to buying the equipment you use and arranging the fixtures you play against other schools. Outside school I work for Sussex Cricket, coaching their young players, the ECB, mentoring coaches who are taking their Level 3 qualifications, a local cricket club and I coach 121 cricket sessions.

My background was in professional cricket, as a player for Lancashire (the best county…) and I have been coaching for around 15 years. The most enjoyable part of my work is making a difference; helping people to believe in themselves, realise their potential, and fall in love with sport.
