Roedean is offering five free hockey sessions. These sessions are supported by the Roedean Sports Department and a number of pupils who are current regional hockey players.

These sessions are aimed at Year 4-6 hockey players looking to take their game to the next level in a fun and nurturing environment. The coaching will only be for students with previous hockey experience.
Sessions will focus on ball carrying, elimination skills, goal scoring and matches.
The event is coached by Mr Steve Perry, who holds a BSc in Sports Coaching from the University of Brighton and a PGCE from Buckingham University. Steve has been coaching hockey in both the UK and Australia for 16 years, has been a National League Hockey player for 7 years, and currently plays for Brighton and Hove Hockey club.
Session Dates
The sessions will take place on the following Monday evenings between 5.30-6.30pm:

• 20 May
• 3 June
• 10 June
• 17 June
